Four-bedroom residences sleep up to 8. Green Lotus (4BR, 1,000sqm) and KW Villa (4BR, 500sqm) are favourites for families in Maenam, both single-storey. For seaview priorities, Pure Villa or Vista Villa on the Bangpor hillside accommodate the same group.

Yes. We host two tiers of celebration. For intimate weddings up to 30 guests, Green Lotus is our typical choice — its 1,000sqm garden and 14m pool deck function as a natural ceremony aisle. For larger weddings up to 50 guests, the entire KW³ Compound (8 villas around a private lane, 2-minute flat walk to Maenam Beach) is reserved for your party — accommodating up to 48 overnight guests on-site. Our concierge plans florist, chef, music and ceremony end-to-end.
